I have always found Neil Hudson and Justin Mottaz to be very helpful, constructive in the designs and their experience input has been an added bonus when they have attended our design meetings, giving sound advice whilst being acceptable and understanding to each of the public houses’ varied demands.
The design team will always go that bit extra when asked, to help with planning issues and surveyors’ requests, making my job that much easier. Since we installed Sovereign equipment in our houses we have found them to be a huge hit with the locals, and the families attending have increased, making Hall & Woodhouse public houses a nice place for families to enjoy good food and a drink knowing that their children are happy, in a safe play area having fun.
The fitting teams are always very professional and understanding when they are on site, as the houses are open whenever they are installing.
Overall we are very pleased with Sovereign and hope to continue our relationship with them as we increase our portfolio of houses in the future.
