Sovereign launches its new bespoke nursery range
Sovereign Play Equipment has launched a new nursery range designed specifically for children up to four years of age.
The new range has been inspired by existing equipment in Sovereign’s extensive product portfolio that has already proved a success with primary age children. The Nursery Range comprises both old and new products, all of which have been scaled down in size to suit this younger age group.
Darran Hine, Sales Director for Sovereign commented “We have created miniature versions of our products that suit both the limited space in nurseries, and the smaller person. However we have not diminished the integrity of the product as all the Nursery range equipment is manufactured using the same materials, whilst maintaining our high standards of quality and service.”
The designs have been modified to ensure that the products are ‘under-four friendly’, focussing on stimulating the senses of sight, touch and movement for maximum play value. The range also encourages those children that are smaller and less confident to participate and enjoy imaginative, but manageable equipment just as much as the bigger kids.
Products in the range include a series of playground graphics and play panels, a nursery tower, sand pit, and more - all ideal for young imaginative minds. Other additions include the new laminated table with seating, mini beast, nursery planter and outdoor storage box, for practicality.

Westfields Junior School Make Their Mark
Westfields Junior School in Yateley Hampshire is celebrating after winning a free set of playground graphics through a promotion run by Sovereign during the spring term.
Over 50 entries were received for the competition which asked schools to put forward a ‘bright idea’ for their own individual graphic. The winning school would then have their idea professionally designed and installed in their playground.
"Westfield’s design really stood out from the rest of the entries. It was well thought through and they had even given us written instructions on how to use the marking and play the game," commented Darran Hine, Sales Director for Sovereign. "We have visited the school to discuss the design in more detail and it is now being manufactured with the aim to lay it during the summer term."
Due to the success of the competition, it is highly likely that Sovereign will be running it again next year, so watch this space!

Sovereign Play equipment has recently been awarded a number of important accreditations and certifications.
These awards not only recognise the company’s commitment to ISO 9001 and BS EN 1176 standards, but also that the materials used come from recyclable and sustainable sources.
Sovereign has achieved European TUV compliance, the FSC (Forestry Standards Commission) certificate and CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) status.

Appeal for Show Sites
Sovereign is looking for show sites in which to install and trial the new products it is adding to its ever increasing range.
A limited 'Display Discount' is available to those schools interested in taking advantage of this offer, and all that is being asked in return is that Sovereign is allowed to take photographs of them in use by the children.
